I was 21 when a routine physical showed I was pregnant. I was on the Depo shot and in a committed relationship. I was also going to college full time and working full time. I wasn’t ready to be a parent. Physically, emotionally or financially. I decided to end the pregnancy. The morning of my procedure, walking across the street to the clinic, I was called a whore. The protesters threw baby doll parts at me while telling me I would burn in hell.

I do not regret, for one moment, my abortion. I never will. I have dedicated my life to the pro choice movement. I AM 1 IN 3!!
