I have had 2 abortions and a miscarriage. The first because I was stupid, the guy only wanted sex, didn’t take precautions (nor did I) and I was deployed in Germany when I found out I was pregnant. It was quite the production to get it done as the laws there require a couple of visits first. The second was a birth control failure and miscarriage. Well, my other half and I went through together and it was a gift to be able to have that D & C (the name they call an abortion when things have gone wrong). I regret NOTHING about these. I have no lasting psychological or physical issues. I am 54 now and so thankful I could make the decision to not be a parent.
