Yesterday, in response to the Supreme Court’s decision that fake clinics could promote outright lies about abortion care, we said, “Roe was at greater risk than ever before.” With today’s news that Justice Kennedy will retire in July, the tenuous balance of the Supreme Court has been upended. These words become not just an idle warning, but a credible threat to reproductive health, rights and justice in this country.
