Jennifer Augustine is the Vice President of Organizational Development and Division Director of Health and Social Equity at Advocates for Youth.  She oversees the provision of capacity building assistance to promote evidence-informed and rights-based practices with national, state, and local partners.  Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and a Master of Public Health from George Washington University.
