Han Vu has more than 29 years of experience in accounting operations and directing accounting departments. He is a Comptroller at Advocates for Youth. He manages the month-end closing process, including general ledger transactions, preparing monthly financial statements, and maintaining/reconciling monthly schedules to assist senior management in monitoring the fiscal health of the organization. He prepares annual organizational budget and financials for grant applications and reports as well as produces information for and in support of the Board of Directors’ Finance and Audit Committees meeting. He participates in annual audit, including timely preparation and organization of audit schedules, work papers, A133 – Schedule of Expenditure of Federal Awards and various reports. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vietnam with double majors in Accounting and Finance.
