NyRe Taylor, Ph.D, MOL, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of People and Culture, where her primary focus is fostering an inclusive culture and overseeing human resources functions. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Taylor has made substantial contributions to both statewide and national non-profit organizations. Her achievements include enhancing onboarding processes, implementing and supporting strategic and administrative human resources operations, boosting employee engagement and organizational culture, and leading the implementation of diversity, inclusion, and engagement strategies.
Dr. Taylor earned her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Columbia International University, where she completed her dissertation, a Phenomenological Study, exploring factors of motivation for middle-level managers. She also holds a Master of Organizational Leadership from Anderson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Claflin University. Additionally, Dr. Taylor is a Certified Professional accredited by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
