Route 2 Repro

Youth activists in Brownsville, Texas, are working to fund fund a ride-share program that gives free transportation to clinics offering birth control, STI testing, prenatal care, and more.

The Texas Youth Activist Alliance (TXYAA), a bold, youth-led movement organizing for reproductive justice and freedoms across Texas, founded the Route 2 Repro campaign. We’re calling on the city of Brownsville to fund a ride-share program that gives free transportation to clinics offering birth control, STI testing, prenatal care, and more.

When cities allocate funding for reproductive health care, they help ensure people in their community can get the essential and time-sensitive care they need. The time is now! Join us in the fight for reproductive health care access in our community. In one of the hardest-hit areas post-Roe, where abortion is banned and health care access is under constant attack, this campaign is a lifeline. From the border to the big cities, Texas youth are rising up to lead a new era of justice in the South.
