Pearl Gahwera has over three years of experience of brand management in advertising, marketing, communication, and public relations. She is an AMAZE International Global Partnerships Fellow and manages the AMAZE sub-Saharan Africa regional social media platforms and supports partnerships. Prior to joining Advocates, Pearl led communications efforts as a volunteer for 40 Days Over 40 Smiles Foundation (4040), a youth-led non-profit organization based in Uganda, which supports improving learning outcomes among children in vulnerable communities. Pearl is a member of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Community and holds a bachelor’s degree of Commerce in Finance from Makerere University Business School, Uganda.
