Brittany Henderson (she/her) is a Society of Human Resources certified professional with expertise in both operational and strategic Human Resources business best practices, including talent acquisition, employee training, performance management, employee relations, and succession planning. Coming from a non-profit agency and political agency background, she has extensive knowledge in change management and thriving organizational structures. 

Brittany has a passion for diversity, equity, justice, belonging, and inclusion with a constant commitment to helping others achieve their goals inside and outside of the workplace. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia State University and has worked in the HR field for 8 years with proven success in creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workplace excellence.

Born and raised right outside of Washington, DC, Brittany is a mother of two, enjoys traveling and helping youth in underserved communities in her spare time.
