Rasher is a member of Jamaicans Safely Tackling Adolescent Reproductive Health through the International Youth Speak Out Project.
I am a student, currently studying to become a sociologist and psychologist. I hope to start my studies at the University of the West Indies in September 2009, where I will be pursuing my degree in the field of sociology and psychology. In addition, I hope to enhance my training in advocacy work and make a difference for the youth of Jamaica. I am goal-oriented and very focused; I am very driven and I know what I want. I plan to integrate youth development into my career and mentor youth to make healthy, responsible decisions. |

My name is Rasher. I am 24 years old and I started my work in advocacy on sexual and reproductive Health issues when I volunteered to join the Jamaica Youth Advocacy Network in 2008. I am very passionate about the issues that are facing youth and I strive to make a difference in their lives every day.
