I am passionate about making this world a better, more positive place for everyone to live in! My love for service is strongly influenced by my family, church community, and school, but when it comes down to it, I just love helping other people.

Lizzie, 16, works with Advocates for Youth and the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (G-CAPP) as a member of Georgia Youth Understanding Pregnancy Prevention (G-YUPP).

I spend lots of my time volunteering for organizations such as the Eating Disorders Information Network, Grady Health System, and Isipho.  I also enjoy reading (my favorites include Reviving Ophelia, Elsewhere, Because of Anya, and The Awakening to name just a few!), horseback riding, sports, and spending time with friends and family. I am passionate about making this world a better, more positive place for everyone to live in!

My love for service is strongly influenced by my family, church community, and school, but when it comes down to it, I just love helping other people. My hope is that I will be able to contribute to GYUPP because of my passion for people, my experience in the non-profit world, and my interest I'm activism. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to connect with others who are as passionate as I am about this work.
