I have always been interested in youth sexual health and rights movement. Fortunately for me, my peers were involved just as much as I was.  I became a member of the International Youth Leadership Council in August of 2009, and I must say that it has been a tremendous experience for me.

I am so motivated to do the work that I do because it truly breaks my heart to see that many youth of today are so uneducated and misguided about sexual health. I find it imperative that the youth become educated on these important issues because they are the future. It is important that young people advocate for sexual health and rights because this is OUR FUTURE. It is time to act now.

Advocacy is a very new world for me and I am loving every minute of it. I am growing and learning each day. I can only strive harder and learn even more. I am excited!
