National Council of Jewish Women – http://www.ncjw.org

Inspired by Jewish values, the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) is a grassroots organization that works for many progressive issues, including comprehensive sex education and reproductive rights.  NCJW’s Campaign for Contraceptive Access is called Plan A, and it aims to secure and protect access to contraceptive information and options.  Plan A mobilizes the faith-based and progressive communities as well as the public at large to take action through a combination of education and advocacy.

Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism – http://rac.org

The Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism (RAC) is the Washington, DC, office of the Union for Reform Judaism (Union).  The RAC educates and mobilizes the American Jewish community on legislative and social concerns, advocating on many issues, including comprehensive sexuality education.

Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice – http://rcrc.org

The Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice (RCRC) organizes religious communities to ensure reproductive choice through education and advocacy.  RCRC works for policies to ensure reproductive health services are available to all, and it supports access to sex education, family planning and contraception, affordable child care and health care, and adoption services as well as safe, legal abortion services, regardless of income.

Religious Institute – http://www.religiousinstitute.org

The Religious Institute is a multifaith organization dedicated to advocating for sexual health, education and justice in faith communities and society.  The Religious Institute provides clergy, congregations and denominational bodies with technical assistance on addressing sexuality and reproductive issues, and assists sexual and reproductive health organizations to address religious issues and develop outreach to faith communities.

Spiritual Youth for Reproductive Freedom – http://www.syrf.org/

Spiritual Youth for Reproductive Freedom (SYRF) is a program of the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice.  With focus on youth and young adults, SYRF educates, organizes and empowers youth and young adults to put their faith into action and advocate for pro-choice social justice, including comprehensive sex education.

Unitarian Universalist Association – http://www.uua.org/socialjustice/issues/healthfamily/comprehensivesexuality/index

The Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) is a strong advocate of age-appropriate, medically-accurate, comprehensive sexuality education.  The UUA's Washington Office for Advocacy has worked in coalition for years to pass the Responsible Education About Life (REAL) Act.  Each year, the UUA sponsors, along with other organizations, including Advocates for Youth, a Sexuality Education Advocacy Training (SEAT) for its members on comprehensive sex education.

United Church of Christ – http://www.ucc.org/justice/sexuality-education

For over 30 years, the United Church of Christ (UCC) has encouraged churches to study human sexuality and has published life-span comprehensive resources for use not only in the faith community, but also in secular settings.
