Montana does not mandate sexuality education for students or regulate what it can include – it has not taken the necessary action to guarantee complete, comprehensive sex ed for its students.

Health Outcomes

Montana has among the lowest rates of teen pregnancy, AIDS, and STIs in the nation, while having near average rates for condom use among sexually active high school students.
