Percentage Bequest I bequeath to Advocates for Youth, a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation having EIN 52-1173590 and headquartered at 2000 M Street NW #750, Washington, DC, 20036, _____% of my estate. Residual Bequest After all specific bequests, devises, and expenses have been paid, I hereby bequeath the rest, remainder, and residuary of my estate to Advocates for Youth, a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation having EIN 52-1173590 and headquartered at 2000 M Street NW #750, Washington, DC, 20036. NOTE: Fixed amount, percentage, and residual bequests can also be contingent on whether another beneficiary predeceases you. Check with your attorney for appropriate language. If you wish to restrict your bequest to a specific project or program, please contact a member of the Advocates for Youth development department before finalizing or updating your will to confirm that your charitable wishes can be accommodated. We also request that the language below be included in your bequest: I agree that if at the outset or at some future time it becomes impractical for Advocates for Youth to fulfill the purpose of my gift, the Board of Directors reserves the right to use my bequest, for any purpose that, in its sole judgment and discretion, will as nearly as possible accomplish my original charitable wishes and intent.
